PHYSIOTHERAPY
Ruth practices her hands on work with curiosity and joy on the unceded indigenous lands of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Tualatin, Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other tribes who made their homes along the Columbia River, otherwise known as Portland, Oregon.
She contracts at 2 locations, in SE Portland and in Raleigh Hills which can be contacted for appointment availability:
In Network with OHP (currently a wait list) and PacificSource.
Out of Network with all other private insurances, meaning patient pays at time of service and the insurance is billed for the appointment, and if there is applicable coverage based on the patients OON benefits, some reimbursement might be expected usually after a deductible is met.
